The Firm delivers comprehensive industrial solutions across a range of sectors, including Textile (Spinning, Knitting, Dyeing, and Printing), Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, and the Paper industry.
Established as a partnership on April 13, 2025, the Firm is headquartered in Badda, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The founders, Mr. Md. Ariful Islam, MBS (Management), PGDSCM (BIHRM), and Mr. Md. Momin Uddin, BBA (DU), MBA (DU), CACC, bring a combined wealth of experience to the business. Mr. Ariful Islam has over 14 years of hands-on experience in the textile spinning sector, while Mr. Uddin contributes 8 years of expertise in business, finance, accounting, and market development. Together, they have established SamairaTex with the vision to support and enhance industrial operations across Bangladesh.

Managing Partner of the firm, began his professional career in 2011 with a reputed organization engaged in supplying spare parts to the textile spinning industry, where he served as Manager of Operations. With over 14 years of extensive experience in this field, he founded SamairaTex to leverage his expertise and industry knowledge
He holds a Postgraduate degree in Management from Government Bangla College, Dhaka (under the National University) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management (PGDSCM) from BIHRM, Dhaka.

Mr. Md. Momin Uddin, a Managing Partner of the firm, began his professional career with KPMG in 2016. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience across a diverse range of industries, including Power and Energy, Mobile Financial Services, Banking, International NGOs, and Manufacturing. His professional engagements have spanned multiple countries, such as the USA, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Venezuela, South Africa, Nigeria, and India.

Manager of the firm, obtained her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Islami University, Kushtia, securing first class in all examinations throughout her academic career.
